Survey Technician responsibilities:
- Ability to process topographic surveys and interpret survey field data
- Ability to do construction calcs for survey crews
- Ability to read and understand Legal Descriptions
- Prepare field package for field crews
- Engage in daily communication with Project Surveyor and Project Manager.
- Proficient in Civil 3D applications, MicroStation Inroads experience a must
- Ability to produce the following Maps - ALTA Surveys, Land Survey Plats, Improvement Survey Plats, Subdivision Replats, ROW Plans,Subdivision Plats and Topographic Design Surveys
- Ability to handle project changes with confidence
- Proficient with TMOSS and CDOT Standards a must
- Proficiency in MS Office
- 5 years of experience in Surveying or has an LSI
- Strong pursuit of continuing education
